Registration is now closed as the 2024 conference has concluded.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled before July 31, 2024 received a 100% refund. Registrations cancelled before September 1, 2024 received a 50% refund. Registrations cannot be cancelled or refunded after September 1. Refunds will be issued to your credit card and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Contact info@ipdln.org to begin the refund process.

Registrations are transferrable if necessary. Delegates are responsible for ensuring any immigration documents, tax documents and credit card transactions can be transferred and meets any audit requirements of their respective countries.

Cancellation Due to Visa Issues

If your visa was denied before July 31, contact info@ipdln.org to begin the refund process. Refunds will be issued to your credit card and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement after the refund is approved.

After July 31, you can still request a refund if you applied for a visa before June 1, and you are unable to attend because your visa was denied or you have not received a response. You must submit refund requests by contacting info@ipdln.org within one week of the close of the meeting and we will instruct you on how to provide documentation showing a visa denial.
